• We are interested in talking to you! We run regular on-line A D A P T training seminars. You could have a degree or professional qualification, be a practicing management consultant or senior executive with experience managing significant business units. We are sector agnostic. 

• Interest will come from those wishing to penetrate the countries largest commercial sector – SMEs. Also, the Programme is consistent with senior executives wishing to give something back, either as business mentors or non-executive directors.

• Training comprises 3 four hour intensive sessions, held over three days on-line, in which you will be provided a detailed insight into each of the 20 sessions.

• We will provide you with a Consultant’s Manual, comprising of the Questions for each session, together with an indication of possible follow-on questions

• In addition, you will receive a Consultant’s Support Slides package, comprising further background information on the theme being covered.
